Our headquarters is located in Miami, FL. All of our custom designs and merchandise are created and shipped within the USA, ensuring quality and fast delivery to our customers.
How long does it take to complete my custom design?
Typically, it takes around 5-7 business days for us to transform your boat photo into a detailed digital design. This time may vary slightly based on revision requests and peak holiday seasons.
Do I need to have my artwork ready before I order merchandise?
Yes, we require all custom artwork to be completed and approved before merchandise can be created. You can, however, place your merchandise order in advance, and we’ll begin production once you approve the artwork.
Can I combine discount codes?
Only one discount or promotion can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined or used on already discounted items.
Do you offer custom designs for vehicles other than boats?
Yes! We can create custom artwork for cars, planes, and other vehicles. Simply upload your photo on our digital artwork page, and our artists will handle the rest.
Artwork Questions
What if I don’t have a photo of my boat?
No worries! You can search for an image of your boat’s make and model. We can customize colors, add your boat name, and make other small adjustments to personalize it.
Is my photo suitable for a custom design?
Our artists can work with most clear, high-quality images. If we find your photo isn’t suitable, we’ll reach out to help you select an alternative.
Do I get a proof of my artwork?
Yes, you’ll receive a digital proof to review before final approval. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure the design perfectly matches your vision.
Can I order just a digital file of my custom artwork?
Absolutely! We can provide a high-resolution digital file of your custom boat artwork. Files are delivered in JPG, PNG, and AI formats.
Do you store my design for future orders?
Yes, we keep your design on file, so you can return anytime to order additional merchandise or make adjustments.
Can I add people or pets to my custom artwork?
Yes, we offer the option to include people and pets for an additional fee. Simply mention this when you place your order, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.
Merchandise Questions
How long do merchandise orders take once my artwork is approved?
Once your design is approved, merchandise typically arrives within 1-2 weeks. Note that items may ship separately based on availability.
Can my family and friends order items with my artwork?
Absolutely! Just share your order number or email with them, and they can order merchandise with your custom design.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we can’t offer returns for sizing issues. Size charts are available on the website to help you select the best fit.
Can I provide my own items to print on?
Currently, we only print on items from our merchandise store. However, you’re welcome to use your digital artwork to create products locally.
Shipping & Returns
What is your return policy?
Since all our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order due to damage or defects, please reach out, and we’ll provide a replacement.
Will my items arrive together?
Orders may arrive in multiple shipments, as we source high-quality items from various suppliers. Tracking information is provided for each shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Rates vary by country, and promotional shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
How long does shipping take?
After your artwork is approved, production and shipping typically take 10-14 days. Shipping times vary by item and location, with some items arriving sooner.
Is expedited shipping available?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping. Quality is our priority, and this process ensures each item meets our high standards.
