At BoatLife Studio, we are committed to delivering quality and precision in every custom product. Please review our return policy for guidelines on returns and exchanges.
Custom Products & Personalized Orders
Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including custom boat artwork, apparel, and accessories. Once production begins, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.
However, if there is an issue with your order due to a production error, such as incorrect customization or product defects, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to assess the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is necessary. For approved returns of defective or incorrect items, we will provide a pre-paid return label and cover the return shipping costs.
Order Proofs & Approvals
We offer proofs for approval before production to ensure your satisfaction. If you request a proof, please review and approve it promptly. Once approved, production will begin, and no further changes can be made. If no proof is requested, the order is considered final once production begins.
How to File a Return Request
To report an issue with your order, please email us at info@boatlifestudio.com or call us at (786) 876-6868 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
