At BoatLife Studio, we are committed to delivering quality and precision in every custom product.

Custom Products & Personalized Orders
Since our products are custom-made according to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items, including custom boat artwork, apparel, and accessories. Once production begins, the order is considered final.
However, if there is an issue with the product due to a production error, such as incorrect customization or defects, we will work with you to resolve it.
Order Proofs & Approvals
We offer proofs for approval before production to ensure your satisfaction. If you request a proof, please approve it promptly. Once approved, production will begin, and changes cannot be made.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at info@boatlifestudio.com or (786) 876-6868. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.
How to File a Return Request
For issues with your order, email us at info@boatlifestudio.com or call (786) 876-6868. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Custom and personalized items after approval
• Products not defective or incorrect
• Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
